Professional Bio

I am a senior executive and advisor specializing in Operations and Service Transformation within cloud and SaaS organizations. I lead large-scale, AI-enabled transformations that reposition service and support functions as strategic engines for growth, retention, and trust. My background combines hands-on operational leadership with strong technical and academic grounding, holding a BS in Computer Science, an MBA, a Doctor of Business Administration focused on AI governance and human-centric workflows, and PMP certification. Over the past two and a half decades in leadership roles, I have been fortunate to be mentored by and to work alongside exceptional leaders, experiences that have shaped how I approach leadership, responsibility, and execution.
